Defining the future of in-store guest experiences

Transact, Target's cross functional team responsible for creating incredible in-store checkout and guest services experiences, is at a pivotal crossroad to either push the boundaries on defining it's future or remain as is. I'm currently leading the team of 25+ designers, engineers, and product partners through a series of interactive workshops as a call and response to two major questions: what do we want to be when we grow up and how on earth do we get there?​
